Cozy, In Home Maternity Session

Hey there, friends! So, let me tell you about this super cozy and fun maternity session I had recently with the sweetest couple, Hayley and Carter. Remember them? Yep, the awesome duo whose wedding I had the pleasure of photographing back in September 2022. Well, guess what? They’re expecting a little bundle of joy this spring, and I got to capture all the excitement and love in their home sweet home!

Now, let me set the scene for you. Picture a winter wonderland outside—cold, foggy, and perfect for snuggling up indoors. That’s exactly why Hayley and Carter decided to bring the party inside for their maternity session. And let me tell you, their cozy little nest was the ultimate setting for some seriously adorable photos.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest smiles and the fluffiest welcome committee ever—yep, their adorable pups were totally in on the action! It was all paws on deck as we cozied up on the couch, surrounded by blankets and laughter, with Hayley’s baby bump stealing the show.

There’s just something so special about capturing moments in the comfort of home. It’s like the coziness level goes up a hundred notches, and everyone instantly feels more relaxed and at ease. Plus, having their furry friends join in on the fun added an extra dose of cuteness to the mix. Seriously, those doggie snuggles were next-level adorable!

And can we talk about Hayley and Carter for a sec? These two are absolute naturals in front of the camera. Their love and excitement for their growing family radiated from every photo, making my job as their photographer an absolute dream.
